This page lists the third-party service providers we use to deliver the Mortgage Vault Services (each a "Subprocessor"). We share only the personal information each provider needs to perform its role, under a written agreement that requires appropriate security and confidentiality protections.
We update this list as we add or replace providers. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated Effective Date.
Current Subprocessors
Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS)
- Role: Cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure.
- Data processed: All personal information stored in the Services, encrypted at rest.
- Location: United States.
Plaid Inc.
- Role: Financial-account connections. When you choose to link a financial account, Plaid retrieves data from that institution on your behalf.
- Data processed: Account balances, transactions, statements, account and routing numbers (where you authorize retrieval), and account owner names for the accounts you connect.
- Location: United States.
Stripe, Inc.
- Role: Payment processing for subscriptions and other paid features.
- Data processed: Payment card details (which Stripe collects directly), billing name, billing ZIP code, and transaction records. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVC.
- Location: United States.
RevenueCat, Inc.
- Role: Subscription management across web and mobile app stores.
- Data processed: Account identifier, subscription status, purchase history, and device identifiers associated with subscriptions.
- Location: United States.
Supabase, Inc.
- Role: Application database and authentication infrastructure.
- Data processed: Account credentials (passwords stored as salted hashes), Account settings, and application data.
- Location: United States.
Resend (Resend Corp.)
- Role: Transactional and account email delivery (security notices, receipts, password resets, and product notifications).
- Data processed: Email address, sender/recipient metadata, subject lines, and message contents for emails we send you.
- Location: United States.
Netlify, Inc.
- Role: Web hosting for the mymortgagevault.com marketing and account website.
- Data processed: Standard web-server request data for visitors to the site (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp). No Vault content or Connected Data is stored with Netlify.
- Location: United States.
Notifying you of changes
When we add a new Subprocessor that processes personal information, we will update this list. If you are on a subscription plan that entitles you to advance notice of Subprocessor changes, we will notify you by email at least fifteen (15) days before the change takes effect.
